Enterprise IT Development Executive

About ONUG:

ONUG (Open Networking User Group) is a community-driven organization that sponsors the AI Networking Summit. We host premier conferences bringing together the Global 2000 enterprise IT leaders to explore AI integration, innovation, and industry advancements. Being a community at our core, our mission is to bring together decision-makers, technologists, and thought leaders to collaborate, share insights, and drive innovation in the rapidly evolving landscape of AI.

 

Role Overview:

In the Enterprise Audience Development role, you will play a crucial role in expanding and strengthening the ONUG community by establishing key relationships with Global 2000 decision-makers and technologists. This position involves engaging them in ONUG Conferences, ONUG Collaborative Project teams, webinars, and fostering participation in the overall ONUG Community of Enterprise IT decision-makers. This role will also entail the development of partnerships with community and technology groups to drive ONUG membership and subsequently drive event attendance and ONUG Collaborative participation.

 

Responsibilities:

Establish Key Relationships:

  • Identify and engage decision-makers and technologists within the Fortune 500.
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with executives to promote ONUG events and collaborative initiatives.
  • Leverage ONUG resources and outputs to engage enterprise IT (i.e. podcasts, Collaborative technology resources, design patterns)

Drive Event Attendance:

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase enterprise IT attendance at ONUG’s AI Networking Summit bi-annual events.
  • Institute local campaigns to attract local executives and their teams to ONUG’s AI Networking Summit  events.

ONUG Collaborative Project Teams:

  • Increase the number of enterprise IT ONUG Collaborative members.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure active participation and contribution from community members.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community development, enterprise sales, or relationship management.
  • 8+ years experience with enterprise IT environments and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Experience in event planning and promotion is a plus.
